At Meemaw's Farmhouse, we take great pride in crafting small-batch, handmade goat milk skincare and natural dog treats. Because our products are handmade and perishable, we have the following policy:

All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at meemawsfarmhouseproducts@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional charge.

Local Delivery For locally delivered orders, please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours.
